If you place your order before 2:00pm GMT time, brazilartsandcrafts.com will post your order on the same day. All orders are posted from UK. Click here to find out more about our delivery terms.

Customs charges?
In addition to delivery charges some countries may also incur aditional customs charge per consignment. All countries outside of the EU may have additional custom charges. This is not something that we are in control of or responsible for and if charges apply will be claimed, according to EU Law, direct from the customs department upon your item being delivered. Customs may also open your packages from time to time to verify the items entering the country, any damages caused by customs are non refundable!

Return policy.
We are very confident that you will not be disappointed with our hand made products, that for customer reassurance we offer a 10 days money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please return it in original/unused condition within ten days of receipt, and you will receive a full refund (less P&P Charges). Delivery charges to return an item will not be covered by brazilartsandcrafts.com. Please ensure the item is returned in it's original condition, unworn and in good order or a refund will be disputed.
