Wholesale buyer registration form:

Once you complete our wholesale registration form, will verify your details and create a wholesale buyer account for you. Once your account is ready, we will email you our current wholesale price list based on your products of interest.

Ordering and payment procedures:

We accept purchase orders from anywhere in the world. Orders can be completed online from your account via or E-mailed to, orders must contain specific item codes.

Payments are made in advance through our online payment gateways, cheque or bank transfer or in the case of e-mailed orders, an invoice will be generated. Prices are subject to change, will contact you upon receipt of your order to let you know of any price changes.

The artisan community and group associations in Brazil require payment up front prior to producing their products. If payment is not complete, will be unable to complete your order.


Cancellation requests must be received at least 14 days prior to shipping. A cancellation charge of 10% applies to all cancelled orders.


In stock products ships within 2 working days.
Products which are not in stock or “handmade on order” will ship within 28 working days, subjected to confirmation from the artisan or group association.

Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receipt of shipment.

Returned products must be in their original condition and shipped prepaid. will not accept collect return shipments charges.


Damage claims must be made by phone or email within 3 days of receipt of products. Damaged products must be returned within 30-days of purchase for replacement (if in stock). Depending on availability, replaced item(s) will be shipped within ten business days of receipt of the customer’s request. If item(s) requested are no longer in stock, will process the return as a refund. All refunds will be processed within 30 days of receipt of the customer’s request.


All refused shipments, customers will be charged shipping costs and 10% restocking fee.


Samples may be purchased through our online shop. We refund the difference in cost of samples with the first wholesale order for the item(s).
