Shipping fees include handling and packing fees as well as postage costs. Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Your package will be dispatched at your own risk, but special care is taken to protect fragile objects. Boxes are amply sized and envelopes bubble wrapped ensuring your items are well-protected.

Will there be any customs charges?
In addition to delivery charges some countries may also incur additional customs charge per consignment.
All countries outside of the EU may have additional custom charges. This is not something that we are in control of or responsible for and if charges apply, they will be claimed, according to EU Law, direct from the customs department upon your item being delivered. Customs may also open your packages from time to time to verify the items entering the country, any damages caused by customs are non refundable!
After you have placed your order
What happens after I have placed my order?
We keep you up to speed on every aspect of your order. Once your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging your order request. Once your payment has cleared (subject to security checks) and your order has been accepted, we will then send you a 2nd email to confirm your order and we will begin to process your order. When we have despatched your goods you will receive an email from us advising you that your goods are on their way to you.
Will you inform me if my item is out of stock?
All out of stock products will have a "handmade on order" written next to availability. An email will also be sent to notify you the items that are on pre-order. If for whatever reason the craftsman discontinues the product we will advise you in advance, you may cancel your order for a full refund or an alternative product may be offered.
Out of stock items / pre order
Due to the nature of the product (handmade, handcraft products), packages are generally dispatched within 28 working days after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail with tracking drop-off. We will always provide you with a link to track your package online.
Can I track my delivery?
Yes you can track the progress of your delivery with our carriers. Once your order has been despatched, you will receive an email which will contain your tracking information no matter which country your order is being delivered to. Your order will be sent via Royal Mail, a confirmation email with your unique Royal Mail tracking number (similar to this CZ234823456GB) will be emailed to you. You can track the progress of your delivery at www.royalmail.com in the “track and trace” section.
What if there is no one at the address to sign for the delivery?
If no one is available when they attempt delivery a card will be placed through your door advising you of your consignment number and contact details to make alternative arrangements, this may include re-delivering at another time, leaving your parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place or collecting the parcel from your nearest depot / sorting office. If your item is being delivered by Royal Mail and there's nobody available to sign for the item and the item is not collected or re-delivery arranged within seven calendar days, the item (s) will be returned to us and the applicable delivery charge will be chargeable again to have the item (s) resent.
My order has not yet arrived.
We aim to despatch all orders within 28 days following receipt of your order, our aim will be to keep you updated about your order and will advise you via email or telephone if delivery is likely to fall outside of this timeframe. We aim to offer the very best service that we can and as a result - you will be kept up to speed on every aspect of your order via email. Our couriers deliver between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
Despatch Confirmation Email.
When we despatch your order, we email you a Despatch Confirmation Email. Please refer to this email for further information regarding when you will receive delivery of your order.
How can I find out where my order is?
To find out the status of your order, click on the "Your Account" link on the top of any web page and sign in. Next, click on the "View Order Status" link. This will let you know if your order has been despatched.
My order is late, what can I do about it?

Do all orders have tracking numbers?
Yes all orders will be delivered with a tracking number except instances where a ‘direct dispatch’ item has been ordered which will be sent direct from the craftsman workshop and they may not provide us with this information. Please contact us if you require further information with one of these items.
How will my order be delivered?
We currently use the following carriers to deliver your orders: Royal Mail.
In addition, some of the larger items we sell are despatched directly from the craftsman workshop. These items will be delivered separately by the craftsman own courier.
What time of day will I receive my delivery?
Your order will be delivered between 8am and 9pm Monday to Friday.
What happens if my order is returned to you because it is undeliverable?
Every once in awhile, we will have a package returned to us because the couriers were unable to deliver it to you. When this happens, we will attempt to contact you to establish if you would like your order re-dispatching or refunding. If we cannot contact you within 1 week of receiving your parcel back into our warehouse, we will issue a refund excluding delivery charges, if you would like your item re-sent, you will be liable for further delivery charges.
Why would my package be returned to you as undeliverable?
We can receive packages as undeliverable for the following reasons:
We received an incorrect address.
Failed delivery attempts (i.e. no-one was home to sign for the delivery).
Refused by the recipient.
I have received my order but there is problem with it, what can I do?
Your order should reach you in complete and good condition. Please check your order before signing the delivery driver’s paperwork or from Royal Mail - please mark any missing or damaged items on the delivery driver’s paperwork if not from Royal Mail. This will help us to process any replacement item or refund requests.

If you have received your order and you are missing an item, please do the following:
Part of your order may still be on its way to you. Check your Order Status to see if your order was sent out in multiple deliveries. To do this, click on the "Your Account" link at the top of every page. Sign in and click on the "Order History" link. Click on the order number to check the Order Status of each item.
If you are still missing an item, please contact us for help.
Wrong item received.
If you have received an incorrect item in your order please contact us for help.
Damaged item received.
If you have received an item that does not work correctly, please contact us and we will provide a Returns Authorisation code.
We are very confident that you will not be disappointed with our handmade products, that for customer reassurance we offer a 10 days money back guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please return it in original/unused condition within ten days of receipt, and you will receive a full refund (less P&P Charges). Delivery charges to return an item will not be covered by brazilartsandcrafts.com. Please ensure the item is returned in it's original condition, unworn and in good order or a refund will be disputed.
